Moded and painted N64

I was buying crap off craigslist. After testing a SNES that didn't work I decided to buy an N64 controller because I liked the green one and it had a perfect joystick. On my way out the guy asked if I wanted a beat up ugly painted on doo doo N64 for free. It didn't come with any AV cables or the power adapter but shit...for free why the hell not. So I ordered a gamebit off eba, bought some sand paper and some Krylon fusion and got to work. While I had it open I cut out the tabs that keep you from playing Japanese games. Pretty sweet custom mod. It'll probably end up on ebay before too long.

The other N64 case I was going top paint...I'm not sure what color I'm going to do but I was thinking of painting it white and having the littel dust door thing and the power rest buttons black.

Oh and I'm pretty much painting mine like urs, except for black I'm doin white and prolly a darker red :D

I got a gamebit on ebay. It's worth it to get one...I plan on opening up more Nintendo consoles so it was a decent $3 investment. I've got another N64 I want to pain't It's broken so I plan on just selling the case.

how did you open up the shell? do you have a gamebit screw, or can you do a tutorial for the pen method?
