Double Bodyweight Dips using Blast Straps. 176lbs (80kg) for 4 reps. This has been a long term goal of mine to do double my bodyweight with dips. I prefer using blast straps as opposed to dip bars because it feels better on my shoudlers and it helps with shoulder stability. I rarely go under 8-10 reps on dips but was just testing myself here. 14 months ago I did 100x8 so I am happy with the improvement, most of which comes from just getting used to the instability of the blast straps and being consistent with doing the exercise.

**** YEA MAN. I just started my journey with dips a half a year ago but I'm still workin with parallel bar dips (Barbells set up in a power rack). I'm only up to 65# added to 220# body weight. This video will serve as inspiration in a big way!
P.s- I would have liked them a little deeper but I shouldn't even talk.

Awesome work man, quite like to give that a go on blast straps myself to see how it compares to Oly rings. Quick question, can you repeat the same whilst breaking even (touching the top of the handle to just under your armpit) ?

The thing i love about bruno's videos is he doesn't feel the need to wear super tight vests or do it topless to feed his ego. The weight and the execution does the talking!
