Make an adorable Tutu Easter basket for $5! You can buy a 6 inch roll of tulle at Michaels, Walmart or most fabric store for under $5! Just tie the tulle onto a piece of ribbon and you have a beautiful basket that can be worn as a tutut after Easter! They are selling for $40 on Esty!

Make a scavenger hunt this year. I use plastic eggs to hold the photo clues on a hunt to their big easter basket! I have such fond memories of my Easter hunts as a kid!

@sable747 Do all your laundry before you go and clean like a maniac! I'm tired after holidays and the last thing I want to do is come home to housework! I like to pack the van the night before so I'm not running around leaving the house like a tornado hit that morning. I also try to keep the girls on the same bedtime routine. Bath, story bed all around the same time. That way I don't fight with them for a week after. I learned that lesson many, many times.

how did you do the tutu and then tie it on the basket without falling? im more visual person so having trouble lol thanks love it! and how much tulle did you use?

wow, cas thanks for your reply! We're going on our first trip with our daughter to visit Grammy in a few weeks. She will be 3 months old! These tips are really great. I'm going to try to do this before we leave. We're just getting into a routine, so we'll see how this all works on a trip. cc
