i jus got a djm 600 and 2 cdj 1000's on wedenesday der and i think the djm 600 is great its gd for mixing with and the cdj 1000 mk3's ar the best they cant be beatin ad least not til pionner bring out a new established cdj deck

i sold my djm 800 for£6oo the 600 u get them for £300 brand new and wenn u get a 800 u realise how tacky the 600 really is. i used to think the same

bit harsh to compare the 600 to the 800, one was designed and built years and years before the other, so of course build and sound quality is going to be different, the 600 is still a very good mixer given its age.

djm 600s are not basic at all u have to know how to use it properely not just for basic mixing and filterinbg over breakdowns im sure uve all heard the likes of zabiela, organ donorsa, eddie halliwell. wen ur as good as them at using it then u can call ity basic, and as for the crossfader comment, you clearly cant scratch or cut, i use this fader and its fuckin awesome jus a shame about the tacky plastic bits

well the 600 is stell a grate mixer it stell sells for £630 so carnt be that bad its the entry level for a pro mixer. and the Fx on it are fine as long as you kno how to use them right. but yeh the 800 is a hole defrent mixer evin the faders are defrent and a lot cheeper to buy.

600 is basic now i hate the crossfader on it its wank i got the 800 tottally diffrent well built no taky plastic volumes an trebles like the 600 and the effects are clear and dont over power and fuck up the music an a seperate 4 sound colour effect on every single chanell like an extra treble but with 4 effects i dont know 600 now is basic and tacky clubs should upgrade
