Convert Music from iPod back to iTunes - Windows Vista

I was tired of trying to learn how to do this until my friend showed me how. I thought I would share it with all of you.

IF YOU ARE USING Windows XP - Instead of going to Organize, go to 'Tools'

I've done this and copied all the songs to itunes but several songs had a four numbered name.. How can I change these into the original names???
