What would it have been like, thousands of years ago, to be a spectator at this theater overlooking the bay of Naxos in Sicily. You can get a sense of what it might have been when you come along with us on this video.

  • beautiful video....nice soundtrack...:)

  • Thank you ever so much for your comment. It is people like yourself that keep us developing these little vignettes of our travels. Have a grand week.

  • All I can say is Oh My God. It's beautiful. My fiance will be there (he's one of the sound guys -- monitor engineer)the night of July 10 for the Julio Iglesias concert. He has no idea how lucky he is to be part of a show in such a beautiful place that is so old and filled with history. He got to see Mt. Etna smoking when they arrived at the airport at Catania.

  • Oh how lucky he is. We would have loved to have been there for a concert. It was so incredible that I had goosebumps when I was walking around in the top tiers of seats.

  • che bello! i wanna go there (now!)

  • Anche Io, e' stato buon vacanza. Me too, it was a good vacation.

  • I spoke to him tonight and he said he got chills walking around the area. aid he started thinking of how many men lost their lives there. Other than that he said it was beauitful.Even though he wasn't able to sight see much(he was on a tight work schedule)he said he understood why Sicilians are so in love with their land. From the pictures I have seen I really would love to go.Time to save up and go their for our honeymoon.
