By the way what video editing software would 1 use to get these type of graphical effects? ive seen this type of stuff visually before on relativly underground vids n it looks more dope then rap videos i see in the charts that cost hundreds of thousands, i'm guessin it's a certant peice of software used to get these type effects. anyone know what software?

In this case several different applications were used to create the video including motion trackers like Mocha or Boujou ,graphics in Photoshop, motion graphics & chroma keying in After Effects, editing in Premiere etc.Fact is that there are now many different options available to get what you are looking for.
