is this the segment that robert battle choreographed?
parts of it are reminiscent of the other piece he choreographed for ailey... Juba (which i love!)
i can't wait to see how the company grows under his artistic direction... :-)

Why didn't you record the whole thing instead of just the highlights? This was a great show and it would've been awesome for everyone to see it in it's entirety if you were going to upload it. The show itself was pricey (for my taste but then again, someone took me and I didn't pay for the tickets) but just the same, this would have been a treat for YouTube viewers to see the whole thing and not have to spend an arm, a leg and a lung to see it.
