  • Wow. Might be the weakest "CrossFit" wod i've ever seen. Where's the intensity? I'm feeling the tunes though, not.

  • Shoulders, triceps and some core muscles

  • These are L chin-ups and headstand pushup. the handstand pushup has more range of movement

  • Wow, I know it has been a while since you posted, but I believe they work out the opposite of a pull up. If that helps at all, two months later.

  • what muscles are you exercising with the hands-down push up?
