  • the problem with dr sheridan's advice here is that he assumes that if you eat meat or diary you don't eat vegetables or fruits. it's either or in his mind. raw vegetables and fruits are healthy but that does not mean raw organic diary, white meats, and fish are not. the china study is flawed and has been debunked by both Harriet Hall of Science-Based Medicine and Weston A price foundation.

I'd rather be healthy, ethical, and enviromental than raw. what is the point of his question?

  • Soy should be fermented if anyone is going to consume it. As far as grains go, this guy is dead wrong. We did not evolve off of grains. In fact, we evolved off of higher fat diets. Fruit, vegetables, raw fats and protein is all we need. Some foods are healthier cooked, like grains, but that is because these foods are NOT natural to consume in the first place, therefore the body requires them to be processed in such a way so that it can be digested rather easily.

  • @JesusPaid4You That's my response to the q, k. It is how to live for eternity.

  • I read that the China Study is false. Debunked by Denise Minger. There are several native folks that livef on a diet high in fat and protein (inuit, masai, aborigines) milk, flesh, organs, butter and they were pretty healthy. Documented by Weston Price. Pretty interesting. To me raw people seem very skinny as if you could see their bones. And I bet they could not survive a cold winter in the north being raw. Just my 2cents...

  • @ascensionartgallery ..having said that..towards the end of this video this guy says soya protein isolates are not very good for you so.....

  • @ascensionartgallery ..maybe protein?? i think blood protein is called albumin..like egg protein..i'm not sure but itsounds like that to me!!..but i'm not an expert at all....sometimes i use a soya protein powder if i'm craving protein.. : )

  • @joshfinz Show me this scientific report. Shouldn't be hard to find one reputable source out of the "huge" amount you have.

    (you'll find they die young)

  • @jjay75 Absolute rubbish, there have been a huge amount of studies exploring the health of eskimos who lived on a diet of seal and seal blubber for decades with fantastic health.

  • I have been pretty much all raw but now I am adding back quinoa, rice, beans and steamed veggies etc. I am having trouble with cholestrol that is too low.107 Ha! The whole world is trying to lower their cholestrol but me. :o) I guess from what I am told it is letting me know that my liver is troubled. Anyway, I am learning that 100% raw is not probably best for me. I would much rather be healthy than 100% raw. Thanks for the great information.

  • He couldn't have made it more clear than that... too bad he didn't talk about whether or not he believes in body types like animal protein types or veggie types etc.
