Is LHR fallen apart? What is going on?

Here is the back story...
1)LHR Wants to go to "war" with VeNom
2)They keep making ignorant comments
3)They stand for Loyalty Honor, Respect, but they don't respect anyone or have any honor.
4)Their leader has no knowledge of their own community
5)Their leader also doesn't know of any communities breaking off from LHR
6)Their leader also doesn't care if they poach from other clans, or communities although you get DNC'd for poaching
7)Their officers do not follow the COC, or their Code of Conduct
8)They lost over 800 members in one month
9)They sit at 1,000 some members after 3 years of being around.
10)We sit at over 100 after 1 week of poaching from their members alone....
11)Their leaders said VeNom will fail, and not go anywhere but they send out WEEKLY reminders of us, and make their members delete us, and are constantly on the look out for us.... Enough said!
