She never had a child, except for the one she had aborted when she and Nelson Eddy were doing it behind Gene Raymond's back! Moreover, Gene Raymond (he and Jeanette were married to each other)was gay and they never even consumated their marriage. So, if you're her great great grandchild, then you're the abortion that lived!

now I,m watching these lovely movies with my grandchildren. So grateful for the magical talents of these two people who really seemed to adore each other on and off screen. They are an unforgettable pair.
