Make Your Own Kalua Pork! My son filmed me so they could refer to the recipe online. It's easy, but takes about six plus hours. The recipe: 6lbs of Pork Shoulder or Picnic Roast, 1.5 Tablespoons of Salt, 1 Tablespoon of Hickory Smoke, 1/2 cabbage sliced thinnly and added 1/2 to 1 hour before eating.
