How not to start a hillclimb - Gurston Down, Aug 2009

2nd timed run, and quite wet by now. A little enthusiastic on the start and......whoops! many apologies to the marshalls and to my fellow competitors for holding things up. At least it provided a little amusement at the end of a very damp day!!

I used to do Gurston in a ModProd Mini 1380 from 1999 to 2005, made a 38.45 seconds once some of the best days ever, great fun but very scary in the wet.

We've all had those little disasters and embarassments, you just have to grin and bear it, funny as hell to watch though
