TAIPAN - Factory5 GTM

Der Taipan ist kein Spielzeug, kein Gadget, dass den Freunden präsentiert wird, mit den Worten: „Jaaa, du das hab ich mir geleistet. Wie? Jaja, ganz nett." Im Gegenteil. Am besten man verliert kein Wort über ihn, den es könnte sein, dass beim erzählen die vorher einstudierte Mimik fällt und man vor lauter Nachfolge-Adrenalin zu weinen beginnt.

Den Taipan zu erklären ist sehr schwer, ich versuche es trotzdem.

Die Worte eines Mannes, der das Licht gesehen hat:

Es ist ja nicht so, dass ich keine Autos kenne. Als Motorjournalist hat man es mit dem einen oder anderen wirklich netten Boliden zu tun. Bentley Supersports, Lamborghini LP 570-4, AMG E63 um nur ein paar zu nennen. All diese vier Millionen Euro Dinger haben aber eines gemein, sie alle sind mehr zahme Kätzchen, als wilde Tiger im Vergleich zum Taipan.

I'm one of the drivers of the Factory sponsered GTM. The worlds only race GTM that is currently being fielded. These cars are beyond fun to drive. You can see some of our in car videos by searching "durbin gtm" or just "myraceshop". These really are race cars that can be driven on the street!

@Deckard439984r - My German is rusty but he's basically gushing with praise for the car; giving stats and features (zero to 100 MPH, 60 to 100 MPH, the integrated six-point roll cage, etc.) along the way. I love how he was out of breath as he pulled in to stop at the end of the video. It does seem like a truly exciting car to drive. What I'd really like to drive is the CMT-380X (a hybrid-electric based on this kit frame/body, with performance as good or better than the gasoline-powered car).
