This is a scene from beck episode 5, It may contain spoilers so tread with caution.

To me this is the most memorable scene between koyuki and maho, that and the partwhere they sing follow me together, (which I will upload next.)

Do not ask me to upload episodes from this show, for it is liscensed by funimation, if you want fansibs, google them, also you can google torrents of the dub which are hard to find.

For the legal approach, you cancatch beck on much music if youlive in canada, but if you live in the usa like me, you have to wait for the DVDs to come out.

  • hey no prob

  • Which episode is this? Wonderful song..=)

  • episode 5

  • I've never been into all the anime shit but i remember flipping through channels and came upon this scene. The song does a good job of getting out the sappiness though.

  • its a great anime even for people who does not normally watch anime will get into it.

  • Goddamn idiot weeboos think it's better 'cause it's a Japanese person doing it.

If you people would just take a step back and listen to it you could HEAR that one version actually sounds better. It literally is better enunciated and the l's aren't r's and vice versa.

    Stupid fucking Weeboos.

  • That's because the original version is in sucky Engerish and they didn't want to change the number of beats at that part. Lyrically it makes more sense as well.

  • Most beautiful scene in anime. Has nothing to do with story but all to do with characters in the moment with each other in a companionship love affair (not yet a romantic one) singing together in the quiet unresponsive night. They're singing for the hell of it - completely authentic and not dressed up and there is no scene that I have ever watched that captures the human condition more than this scene.

  • Does anyone know whether there is an mp3 of this?

  • havent watched this anime in so long...but for some reason i was in the mood ...this is by far the best version on here of this part in English...thx..

  • This song made me understand a little bit more about love. And about life. *bows*

  • @Fata59

There's also the skills of the English singers verse the Japanese signers. I don't know about Miho Saiki and her skills, but Brina Palencia is a trained opera singer. And even though Kazuya Hirabayashi is a singer, he didn't work hard enough on his pronunciation. I wince a little when I hear him sing in the show, honestly. And Greg is also musician, so he, as an English speaker has the edge.

  • Nice song and i know this song because i own the entire series of beck

  • I'm lovinit!It's better than Japanese ver.

  • love this song! this versions just wayyy better than the japanese version.

  • ah... I just love Brina and Gregs voices, especially Brina!

  • what ya talking about. Thiers always a soundtrack. Take this video. This is an mp4 when downloaded. You just take a program and convert this mp4 into an mp3 and bam, soundtrack.
