My first time smoking salvia wasn't that bad. Mostly because me and my friend mixed it with weed. I was able to walk, but not very straight. I'm to scared to actually do straight salvia. Can anyone tell me if doing it alone makes it worse.

next time poke another hole for a clear hole/carb then put ur finger on it when ur lighting n sucking in n when ur ready to get all ur smoke out release it n suck in. and yea tinfoil is super bad for u :(
