WTF with ur k-1, full-contact and MMA, put them on street, get kicked in the balls and weres ur training theres no training for balls stop complaining about tkd kuz none martial art is the best when u know were to hit...
combine TKD with krav-maga and fight against MMA u will win easily...atack the eyes, throat, balls ur down guy!!! no jiu jitsu can arm bar an arm that goes to the balls im 100% sure of that SO PLZZ SHUT UP!!
