This video was shot on Saturday March 19th, 2011 when the Moon was closest to Earth in 18 years. Therefore the moon appeared 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter at it's peak. On this day, the super moon was 221,565 miles away — the closest to Earth since March 1993. Original recording was 7:38, it was sped up 3X. This was not a photo, but a video on a tripod.

Shutter speed: 4000 (should have used lower and decreased apperture to higher f/stop)

Apperture: f2.0

iso: 100

Used T2i 640x480 video crop mode
