Maybe not, but every state has their regulations. It starts @ about 0.5 to 0.8% and 0.10% at that point you are definitely over the limit. I know at 21 it's 0.8%

If we didn't just allow anyone to sneek in then maybe we wouldn't be screwed. Especially today we should secure our borders and not allow people to sneak in, they are just as bad as terrorists. The economy is also bad because of this the wealthy Americans would rather hire illegal aliens and pay them cheap.
