Justin Bieber One Time London Wembley Fall Broken Foot

He falls at about 0.15 in the video.

Justin Bieber performs his hit single One Time at London's Wembley arena. He falls down a step in the stage right at the beginning and fractures his foot. He limps around for the rest of the song and then has to limp of stage really quickly at the end.
The DJ was chanting his name for an encore after but one of the dancers came back on to tell him Justin wasn't coming back on.
