Wind of Change

This film is about the empowerment of children who due to the vicious cycle of poverty are forced to work from a very young age . Pratham one of India's leading NGO's in the educational field is working to bring about a systemic change so that children can attend school rather than work as labour. This film is based on the popular teaching theme of Pratham called ' Hawa Chal Rahi hai' or that the Wind of Change is blowing. The video shows children who work as boot polishers, jugglers, manual labour in Mandi's, or young girls who work for hours together in fields joining the procession lead by a Pratham a volunteer and eventually joining a school. The purpose of the film is to get support for Pratham for this noble cause. The film concept was by BBDO India and was Produced by IMAK News & Entertainment Pvt. Limited an Arjun Bhagat company. Music is by Valentine Shipley. The film was sponsored by Letz Dream Foundation.
