@FrancisGalton Look at her eyes, she has no epicanthic folds, if she did, the kohl would have been lost at the corners. She is marked with heavy lids, how the artist intended. The anthropologists stated that her skull was indicative, specifically of an Indo-European. Nor did I state they were "Southern Europeans" - a lame attempt on your part, but have always maintained they were NA Mediterranean Caucasoids - closely related, and cluster with European and Eurasian peoples.

she looks mixed oo she kinda reminds me of this singer "the floacist"

@phoenician7 No offense, but you need to bone up on your physical anthropology. Heavy eyelids are usually the result of fatigue and cause puffiness, making the person look older, which is absent from the bust of Nefertiti. Epicanthic folds cover the medial canthus of the eye and are caused by a lower-based nose bridge, which Nefertiti clearly had. By the way, DNA tests prove the ancient Egyptians were NOT "Mediterraneans" (i.e. Southern Europeans) but in fact Northeast African Caucasians.

@williamliu93 I agree but that's irrelevant in this video lol

@oaklandcami I love people like you that make people like me, feel smart. Thank you for your services. =)

@FrancisGalton What you stated is the physical description of the Mediterranean phenotype. Nefertiti's heavy eye lids however should not be confused with epicanthic folds.

@oaklandcami "how people use pseudoscience to advance ridiculous racist agendas" .. . You should know about THAT. Thats precisely what you negrocentricists attempt to do all the time, .. . oh no, wait a minuite, . . THATS "TRUTH!!!!" .
-
@oaklandcami indo-European is often referred as group of languages, but it is allso reffered as group fo etnicities.

The whole world should support Ron Paul!!!
This video is wrong because she was proven NOT the mother of king tut.

@shesaterror The JAMA report links her as Tuts mother. If her name is Nefertiti or not, it has no bearing that this mummy, KV35, is still the mother of Tut.

Okay, this is an example of how people use pseudoscience to advance ridiculous racist agendas. First of all, Nefertiti was depicted in her own time as a woman of dark complexion, and the features of her bust are consistent with other depictions of her. Second of all, "Indo-European" refers to LANGUAGE. It only refers to race if you're a Nazi. Third of all, don't get me started on your idiot translation and notion of the word "fair."
Good job letting science down.

@oaklandcami 1. Indo-European speakers *are* Indo-European people. 2. The anthropologists classed the skull as "Indo European" thats not negroid no matter how much you spin. Her bust is consistent with other realistic statues, not the conventional Amarna art form that suddenly sprung up and died when Akhenaten died. Egyptians didn't describe themselves as black, nor depict themselves as they did Nubians. watch?v=Ru4mBNKiII4&feature=channel_video_title
Insults do nothing to negate the facts.
