  • THEESE GUYS WOULD SUERLY BE WELCOME IN BOTANY BAY!!!!!!!!! AND POOR OUL PAT WOULD SURELY LEND A HAND WITH A SHOVEL ON HIS BACK, WHAT EVER ABOUT THE PAPER WORK, IF IT MAKES THE JOB EASIER OR WORTH WHILE, IT'S DONE ASWELL!!!!!!!!

  • Amazing: I became a fan of Horslips back around 1976 when I was given a bootleg duplicate of THE TAIN on cassette. I eventually bought several records, including Book of Invasions. Always loved them. I, an American living in Louisiana. And I do have some Irish blood.

  • Their reach goes beyond Ireland. I was 10 in 1975 living in Croydon(!) when I heard The Tain and It changed my life.

  • Horslips defined an Irish generation. Saw them in Drogheda and Belfast in the last couple of weeks. Superb!

  • Great guys - great band. : )

  • theyre so humble and funny.

    pure legends

  • theres no chance he was afraid of his well being in the Republic. there is no accounts or sources to justify that. as i said already, man Irish were coming back fron London with English accents.

  • besides he was of Irish heritage, and probally felt more pasionately about that part of his roots?

  • what are you on about? that the english werent welcome in Ireland. sure half of Ireland were in London at the time! whatever problems that happened in Ireland during the troubles certainly didnt effect people with English accents in the Republic!
