If you ever update this mugen, which is very nice BTW, maybe you should try to find clips of his English voice from the games (done by the cool Dee Bradley Baker)

Alight. Oh and if it's not too much trouble maybe some of the sprites could be updated. In one of his moves his head shrinks or whatever. And some new moves wouldn't hurt but you go ahead and do what you want. I'm just tossing my two cents
