Dear john fermented garlic was used to help break it down, is so very different, but we think only beer it is say we do not know the good use of right fermenting.

oh..silly me...forget my first question...you answered it later in the video...i shouldn't ask questions while i'm watchiing! wait till it's over :) my bad...hehehe

John, what happens if you left a bulb in and it grows again, will it make a new head or just grow a new top? i've put peeled cloves in a jar in the fridge and they actually sprouted roots and a green thing out the top! I planted them and they are growing. but I want to know if the bulb left in the dirt will grown a new head the next year...like if the top gets pulled off but the garlic stayed in the ground, will it be harvestable next season

If you bake the garlic bulbs whole, (don't take the cloves apart), they will be sweet and delicious and not strong tasting. Just take a whole bulb, paper and all and put in the oven next time you bake something, then take a clove and pop out the garlic "paste". Delicious on bread, veggies or eaten as is.

cool informative episode. I enjoyed the reference to the yogi's diet, and the scientific explanation's
"Hey you like the color purple" HAHA and that randomness is super funny

John you should look into Companion gardening. Even if you don't eat garlic, planting it with your other plants can help with pest and weed control! Onions, fennel and dill work too. Then donate the things you don't like to others!

Cool - I like that John keeps it real. He talks in the video the way 95% of us talk in real life. It's like talking to your garden smart neighbor.

If you don't eat garlic why'd you grow so much?
