I love the motels since I was 15 years old up to now. She is really awesome! She is really a classy lady overall. I kept listening to her songs over many years and never got tired of it. It helps me to relax from stress, or going thru break ups. She is the person to realized there is fun behind problems. Her voice made me to overcome the problem and say yeah!

Martha Davis is quite a woman. She had her 1st child at 15, and had 2 young daughters when she founded the Motels in 1971 at the age of 20. if you watch the music vid for "Suddenly Last Summer" you can see her daughters. like their mother, they are lovely.
