While funny, this is a great assessment on a significant portion of the American population. Unfortunately it is true. His best comment, "instead of having town-halls we should have study halls". It continues to amaze how a large percentage of this country knows so little that they are easily used by the Right to vote against their own interest or support policies that negatively affects them.

Americans need to make education (their own education) a priority. It's serious, it's important. Everyone ought to visit a library at least once a wk and frequent bookstores. READ, READ, READ. Take a night class, register at the community college, attend lectures, join a book club, a writers workshop. Learn stuff!!!! In a healthy society people are well educated, knowledgeable, informed! which doesn't mean watching lots of TV it means becoming well read. It means reading and learning.
