  • Hi Sarah, I'm 14 years old and i play soccer at a very high level, and we do alot of high intensity workouts, but even though i've been doing it for so long, everytime i do squats, my inner thighs feel like they're being ripped open the next day! Do you have any suggestions of what i could do to stop getting so sore the next day?
