@SargentMugen I did switch schools my senior year and it was just as bad. I only made it a quarter before dropping out. But dropping out was the best thing I could have done for myself. I'm in college now and doing really well.

Its funny how most of the comments on here are bashing the students that have earned their H.S. Diplomas! Why you mad at them for getting a H.S. Diploma?? In Society, A H.S. Diploma is better when they look in your resume. It shows committment for their organization in completeness. Same for earning the H.S. Diploma. Being committed to completing your academics has much greater in value, So a H.S. Diploma is better. I'm not bashing the ones with ged's because everybody has their reasons.

@bnmjy Can I see proof that is subjective? Nor can I show you that it is non-subjective.
-
@IDreamOf98 Perhaps you should have gone to a different high school?

@andrewwyatt11 Wrong. Intelligence is a subjective trait. What you may consider intelligent someone else might consider stupid. Many people are geniuses, but they are unaware that they are.
And there is no god.

I agree in some aspects but then again you can't pack 4 years of HS math, English and the History and sciences. But I do see your point and I think it is good for second chances. I do not think it does replace HS because they do not have Government, Econ and those subjects which really do help in college and higher education , so if you do plan on going to higher education I still recommend HS diploma.No hate intended nothing but love. Intelligence is God given not school given.

i thought the GED was really a good choice but from what im hearing it doesnt graduate you from highschool it just gives you like 30 credits so if you dont have so many credits the GED wont work..???

@MisterAlexadner ahah exactly

I completely agree because people think that since they can solve math problems that are twenty miles long they're intelligent. When, actually, they're wasting their lives studying ignorant shit and clogging their brains with crap that they're not ever going to use in their lives.
I completely agree! I dropped out of high school because I wasn't learning anything there, the students tormented me, I was threatened of gang rape, and I have mental illnesses that make being in an environment with a lot of people difficult.
So I got a GED and did really well on it because I am really intelligent. High school just wasn't for me, though.
