She's stunning in this role. I saw her live at the Met, and was blown away. I hope she'll keep singing for us for a long time!

Do not expect my culture and upbringing to stop me from replying to you in kind, stupid punk! Because sometimes you are given cheap tickets and $20 to clap like crazy while yelling "Bravo" after some aria, it does not mean that you have any understanding of this art. Otherwise, you would not be asking me to sing "Autrefois un roi de Thulé" to you with man's voice. I can only imagine such scene. LOL!

Sorry, Susan, it is not rubbish.:-) The voice is beatuiful, but occasionally sounds like it is coming from a cave. And it is not nimble enough, for this aria (but fine for the second one). Still better than most Margaritas, although not on the Baker's level, but that's too much to ask. Fortunaltely, the Damnation is mainly a conductors' show, so this performance is perfectly all right.

Thanks a lot for posting this beautiful piece. Susan Graham is superb singing Margeritas's role. I loved the Romance "D'amour l'ardente flamme" as well
