I've got to find a cheery song and do a funny vid!
Anyway, I don't own Sherlock (if only...) nor the song which is Sorrow sung by Lisa Gerrard for the King Arthur Soundtrack.

@Nero749 Yeah, I've found it to be the best on my laptop. I did have version 8 but I think it was too large for my laptop so I had to get version 7 (which works fine now). WMM just deserves to burn on a real stake nevermind a digital one! :P

I'm going to be getting a tower PC later this year so I'm going to be using version 8 again though I had considered Pinnacle but I didn't like the fact that it was um... very confusing lol. Anyways, I'd best get back to my writing fics and making vids :P

@KaseytheJudge You use Powerdirector as well? I have version 8, got it after MM decided I wasn't aloud to publish ANYTHING anymore. I lost the whole project (that was actually a request, so she had to wait as well) and then I deleted the whole damn program from my computer (revenge is sweet...;)

@Nero749 Oh God! Movie Maker... Movie Breaker more like! :D

I stopped using that within a fortnight of my fist spate of vid making - it made the whole process harder than the actual planning of the clips was! :D

It was a bloody nightmare.... still is from what I can tell (looks at the installed Movie Maker tab and thinks 'die.... die....') As much as Powerdirector is annoying sometimes it's far better than WMM.

@KaseytheJudge I completely understand what you mean! Especially back when I was still using movie maker (damn you windows movie maker, damn you! ;) It always felt like one horrible long struggle to get what i'd invisioned!

@Nero749 True.... it sometimes feels like you're regurgitating the same old thing over and over... only my brain doesn't like to let me think 'wow this looks different!' I hate my memory sometimes... though it's very useful when I'm out at the shops or something, hear a song and can automatically make a mental video to it in my head (it's the actual making of the video that's the problem lol)

@KaseytheJudge Yeah, the old movie effect really added to it! :D And it's hard sometimes to see new things in your own vids, because you spend so much time making them, but I'm sure if you watch it a few days after making it, you'll see what I mean!

originally it was just plain black and white but i though the old movie effect would look better...
