Cop Fired After Beating Incident

The San Juan County deputy who was caught on video beating a man with his flashlight has been fired.

The announcement comes just weeks after KOB first aired the dashcam video of Deputy Dale Frazier pounding Donovan Tanner multiple times with his flashlight on St. Pactrick's Day of this year.

Tanner's lawyer filed a federal civil lawsuit late last week listing Frazier as one of the defendants.

The tape is currently being reviewed by the Department of Public Safety to determine if Frazier will face charges.

police in america are out of control and need to be stopped. we have laws for a reason and their job is to uphold the laws, instead they spit on them and use their position to act like complete assholes like the cop in the above video. I can only hope that we will correct this problem. I have visted other countries around the world and i have never seen police who are as upight and violent as the police are here.
