This tutorial shows an easy way to make trenches for dioramas. Very useful for war and battle dioramas. lan out the diorama on paper first so you know where the trenches are then build the structure out of cardboard.

  • thanks for the tutorial, i would like to make a durable diorama for my kids to play their action figure, what kind of material can i use other than wood...? or is there any methods to make the cardboards more durable..?

  • @JDQ2345 Have fun! You can use foam board. It is more durable than cardboard and reasonably strong and waterproof. Can buy it in drugstores and arts/crafts store. usually around 2 dollars a sheet.
