this ant farm isnt good for serious ant keeping when u want to have colonies of several thousands of workers with queen...this is just a toy for kids...

@Blaze1951able,no it doesnt u idiot,gel ant farm is better than sand,sand is not made of a water and ants dont eat that,gel is made of a water,ants love those and they eat it,the sand ant farm,its not easy to put the ants in,the holes are smaller and ants might jump out when u tried to put the ants in,gel is better to put the ants in,u can see the ants through the gel,the sand,u cant,dont u know that?

first ant farms with blue stuff isn't good for keeping ants.

second the ants are too big for this thats why they didnt make tunnels.

third do you have a queen ?

you should use ytong block and a outside space for them with a queen also.
