Test the use of SAVONIUS WATER ROTOR flow in the river Opavy for velocity 1 m / s-test No.2.
Model_2: horizontally, 3 degrees, angle of 120, diameter 700, length 800.
Použití SAVONIUS WATER ROTOR v toku řeky Opavy pro rychlost proudu 1m/s-test No.2.

Power gives very little performance at a speed of less than 1 m / s. Approximately 3 Watt.
The imposition of horizontally, 3 degrees, the angle of 120, average 700, length 800.

Yes you are right. Preparing tests in the water on the rate of around 2 m/s.

what about using venturi effect to speed up the water before it hits a horizontil turbine. the water direction is constant think of a personnal watercraft jet pump it would be similar to that

Maybe it will cause turbulence, which canceled venturi effect. The water flows slowly.
