The film has been scored by the French duo Air, recently. They have also produced scores for three of Sofia Coppola's films. The Virgin Suicides, Lost in Translation, and Marie Antoinette.

First I saw the original version of the movie, then the Air one. Maybe it does not look that awesome on youtube, but in cinema with proper atmosphere it is breathtaking to see probably the first sci-fi movie ever:)

I saw this entire film yesterday at Lincoln Center. It is pure poetry in motion. It is genius. Sadly,
the music track by Air really was inappropriate and ruined the pleasure and fantasy of the movie.
