@LadySpy120 there were just as many bigger punchers then as we have now, punching power wise nothing has changed
-
quarry had moves..not massive power but quick hands
-
@Da2faan yeah but if a modern fighter like a klitschko or a sam peter lands one of those calculated "robotic" bombs they could end the fight just as easily with these greats. yes they took more punishment back then but knocked out is knocked out no matter how many punches you can take.

Thanks for posting. Jerry Quarry's heart made up for ability. maurice

Quarry was a tough guy but that's it. A very poormans Joe Frazier at best. He had a good left hook nothing else. The Klitschkos would destroy Quarry jurdoc11

The great Jerry Quarry at his best, toying with a much bigger and harder
punching man who would go on to fight Ali in '75, KO'd Shavers, and
nearly decimate George Foreman.
Great, Great Fighter!!!!!!

the klicthkos would nt last 2 minutes in a slug fest wis these guys, ppl were brought up more naturally rougher then, modern fighters r too robotic,to calculated to give any problems to an intinctive fighter wis a die hard determination
