This tune is a morph! The brass section is Otis Redding's "I Can't Turn You Loose", and the organ intro line is from Booker T and the MG's "Time is Tight". The Redding tune in original form is slower and funkier. The Booker tune is similar on the intro but there is a lot more to it. I don't know how this came about, if it was a Murph-Morph, or Cropper-Dunn, or if Paul Schaffer concocted it. But the two themes fit nicely together.
