材料:白飯、蛋、肉絲、蔥花、雞粉、鹽、醬油、米酒

做法:
1.熱鍋用少許油煎蛋,把蛋炒散之後先撈起備用。
2.用少許油炒香蔥花、肉絲,炒道肉絲變白散開,加入米酒與醬油調味。
3.白飯加入鍋中一併拌炒開來,再加入少許醬油炒勻,再加入少許鹽調味,再加入雞粉與先前炒好的蛋。
4.續將炒飯炒到略乾炒出醬油香味,即可起鍋。

  • 隔夜饭最好啊 哈哈 这个鸡蛋有一点沾锅了 在放油之前 要把锅烧热 这样鸡蛋不会沾锅 其实炒饭一般不放酱油 鸡粉一般也不用吧
