Arachnophobia, directed by Frank Marshall.
A large spider from the jungles of South America is accidently transported in a crate with a dead body to America where it mates with a local spider. Soon after, the residents of a small California town disappear as the result of spider bites from the deadly spider offspring. It's up to a couple of doctors with the help of an insect exterminator to annihilate these eight legged freaks before they take over the entire town.

It's a semi-horror movie with a little bit of humor and a lot of spiders. If you're suffering from serious arachnophobia yourself, I wouldn't recommend this movie.
This is part 1, enjoy ;)
Lol this movie reminds me when my cousin's tarantula got loose in the house and my mum never let me go til it was found, needless to say my other cousin had never forgiven her brother fully for her non peaceful hot shower hehehehe
