The recipe I used to start making the green smoothies. CELERY is a VERY important ingredient because of it's pain and inflammation-reducing qualities. I also put in a quarter size or larger chunk of GINGER which helps with the same thing. My pain upon urination went away immediately!!!! IC people, use this recipe and see if it does the same for you. It can't hurt (no pun intended).
