i live in littlerock and go with my dad to his shop on 138 almost everyday, its called the outpost and its in pearblossom.

Thank you so very much for this video. I miss it sorely out there. I used to live in that part of the high desert. Anybody ever been through the town of Phelan?

I went searching for David's montage and found your video. I spent 2 years travelling this road in the early 1990's. Being Australian, I remember driving on the left hand side of the road, although I really drove on the right. Isn't memory a funny thing.
