Yeah, I speak english the worst in the wolrd, but i don´t know how I take the litlle bit in Anna Bessonova´s rope-program or something else gymnastic. But how I take little bit part in any program. ? Thanks for help !!!

First you have to download videos from internet

Second you have to put them on Movie Maker( it is a program in your computer )

Third you have to find music

and then you can lern it your self , I learned it myself too :)
