The RAF Fitness Challenge: Busting exercise myths!

Eaten too many mince pies over the festive period and want to lose those pounds? Or have you made a New Year's Resolution to get buff? Well sports and exercise are a massive part of RAF life, so we're well qualified to help whip you into shape for 2010!

This video busts a few fitness myths. You can download a fitness guide with exercise tips and a fitness widget from the Fitness Challenge page on the RAF Careers website: www.raf.mod.uk/fitness , there's also more stuff on the website about sport, exercise and adventure in the RAF.
