  • When Steve made that crack about the elephants' bottoms and then backpedaled as Terri came toward him, I was laughing out loud. Their banter was always so cute.

  • i just hope the zoo can survive without him.

  • Steve is a legend who will never be forgotten.

  • its to bad he never be there when they grown up or bindi a teenager

  • God bless Steve!!

  • does anyone know how u could get a job like he did

  • I wish i could have gone to australia to witness steve in action. He's my hero!!

  • We were at the zoo in early january 2005 and you are right steve was not there all the time.We did't know when we went that he would be there and i don't think that anybody else knew. When we took our seats in the stadium and watched the pre entertainment it was announced that there was a suprise for everybody that steve was back in australia and he would be appearing to do the croc demonstration.

  • actually, it holds 5500 people. but you have to remember, it costs $43 a person to get in the zoo, it may not have been tourist season and it may have been throught the week. im sure the zoo has its good days and bad days like anyother tourist attraction. from what i understand, steve wasnt at the zoo alot. he was busy traverling and doing his show, if he would have been there all the time. im sure it would have been a sell out everyday.

  • If the theater hold 5000 people and it's only half full, that's not a good thing. It would seem that Steve would have been a bigger "draw" and with only half the house sold it with suggest a declining interest.
