PC's are much better for playing games. Consoles are cheap and good considering the outdated hardware and their lack of upgrade-ability, but their power will never match a PC. Consoles are for someone on a budget that only wants to play for fun and doesn't care about features or visuals, PC is for when you want the best of the best but you have a higher cost.

This video technology is far from being the best we can see the bottleneck is the console hardware which is far below par when it comes to software that can be developed. Check the unreal vid on my channel has some useful notes which explain where we are technologically and where we can go.
