WHEN I SAID "URUGUAY IS AMERICA," I MEANT THAT IT 'REPRESENTS' AMERICA IN THE SAME WAY THAT OTHER COUNTRIES REPRESENT IT. good question, but lets reverse it, so it probably make sense to you:
How USA is America ?
America is a Continent- 3 continents to be precise.
What does not make sense is that a country like USA (the United States OF America - with emphasis in the "OF"-) called themselves with the name of a continent which is far beyond cultural mixture and richness that you can find in the USA.

one contintent! ONE CONTINENT! ANGLO-SAXON OR LATIN -BOTH ARE OF EUROPEAN ORIGIN. YET BECAUSE NORTH AMERICA IS CURRENTLY PROMINENT -THEY DUB THE SOUTH AS INEXISTANT. SO MUCH SO, THAT THEY CALL THEMSELVES "AMERICA". U.S.A. IS MORE LIKE IT.

@pryncessable just cause u dont see any black people in a 3 minute video that concentrates on the buildings, doesnt mean they're not there. Clearly this video was shot early in the morning and you dont see many ppl at all, regardless of race. Keep in mind also, that the black population in Uruguay is very small.
