I actually brought this before seeing the series/ games (Which I'm dowloading currently), I watched this back in 2004, and I still have the DVD somewhere. Should I rip and torrent for people? :D

unless you watch this movie before you play sakura wars V, you dont rly get to know who ratchet rly is. cold blooded, you would never understand her past from just the game.

You should be able to pick up the Japanese+English DVD of it for a 10-20 dollars.
