(May 1, 2009) Pity the pig. Add the swine flu to its already questionable reputation. The flu outbreak has spread fear and confusion around the world. Global media walked the fine line between hyping and helping. Caught in the middle of the rush to pin the blame: the pig.

  • I love animals and it kills me to see the poor pigs suffer-I don't eat pork, and never will.

  • Bullshit. the interconnectedness of the financial elite is the reason why we the media tells this shit for their niche on the media markets.

  • @teemuruskeepaa well said friend

  • Please visit The True Nature Network's website (google the name) to see their video, "Pity the Pig".

  • yeah, like a swine flu which is basicly ordinary flu... yeah end of days indeed

  • their are manipulating us get inform guys and do not do the vaccin

  • WireFro, u say "The reason pigs have a bad rep for being filthy is because the conditions PEOPLE keep them in and they are incapable of perspiration so they lay in mud to cool off.". SHOULD WE THEN CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF CLEANLINESS, AND 'DEFINE' IT WITH REFERENCE TO DIFFERENT ANIMALS ? Perhaps we will land up with the conclusion that un-cleanliness as per current definitons may be essential for existence of a species itself.

  • scorpio7h, i enjoyed reading your (THOUGHTFUL) stuff which is true. And yes, there is a huge inernal conflict of interests/ objectives for any country. Sometimes one objective being achieved directly hits another of their own objective, etc.

  • Now, I undrstand.Your financial interests (in pork sale) could be affected by this talk of s.flu, a real problem. By the way, I would like to be enlightened on whether pigs could have been created (or evolved) for some other purposes also, than consumption by humans as II best after their own flesh.

  • Poor pigs....hate seeing them have to suffer.
